Victoria Park Tower is a boutique condominium located at the north end of Victoria Park near Sunrise Blvd and Federal Highway. Built in 1969, encompassing 112 units spread among 13 floors. The east side units have spectacular sunrise views, the middle river and the ocean skyline. West sider units enjoy breathtaking sunsets and a view of downtown Fort Lauderdale.
She was first named Leisure Park Condominiums with a name change to Victoria Park Tower in March, 2000. The pictures above are from one of the original brochures from 1969 .
